Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide facility improvements at the Rose Lake State Game Area in East Lansing, Michigan. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement, which includes preliminary design, final design, construction administration - office services, and construction administration - field inspection services. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The proposal must include a technical proposal and a cost proposal, and the contractor must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
• The project includes multiple phases, including preliminary design, final design, construction administration - office services, and construction administration - field inspection services.
• The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects.
• The contractor must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
• The proposal must include a technical proposal and a cost proposal.
• The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical proposal (80%) and cost proposal (20%).
