PMA-273 SLEP KITS and associated supplement parts

The Naval Undergraduate Flight training Systems Program Office (PMA-273) and Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) are seeking to award a delivery order to the Boeing Company for the procurement of T-45 Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) retrofit kits and associated supplemental parts. This contract is being pursued on a sole source basis, as Boeing is the original designer and manufacturer of the T-45 aircraft and its systems, and is the only responsible source capable of providing the required kits and parts. • The contract is intended to be awarded within FY 27. • The anticipated contract type is a delivery order from Boeing's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with a base year and four option years. • Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement, but the Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
