2026 Sinking Fund projects for Torrey Hill, High School, a

The Lake Fenton Community Schools is seeking bids for the 2026 Sinking Fund projects, which include the Torrey Hill New Transformer and High School & Middle School Exterior Improvements. The projects involve electrical work, metall wall panels, and glass & glazing. The bid divisions are separate prime contracts, and the Owner will award contracts on or about November 7, 2025. The bid security requires a 5% bid bond, and successful bidders may be required to furnish surety bonds. • The bid divisions include Torrey Hill New Transformer (Electrical) and High School & Middle School Exterior Improvements (Metall Wall Panels and Glass & Glazing). • The bid proposals must be submitted via BuildingConnected or in person to the Lake Fenton Community Schools Administration Office. • The bid proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud on October 29, 2025, at 3:05 PM. • The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive informalities, irregularities, and/or errors in the bid proposals.
