Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is conducting market research for a Cargo Pallet Cover, National Stock Number 3990-00-930-1480. The Government is interested in awarding a direct contract with stock shipments only. The contract may be for a term longer than one year, with an option to extend the term of the contract.
