Description
The Orleans Parish School Board is seeking bids for gymnasium mechanical improvements at Elijah Brimmer School. The project involves mechanical and electrical construction, and bidders must be licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for the classification of Mechanical and Electrical Construction. A pre-bid conference will be held on August 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Elijah Brimmer School Gymnasium. The bid documents can be obtained from Infinity Engineering Consultants, LLC.
• The project is to be financed in whole or in part by federal or other funds.
• The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
• Bidders must comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S.38:2212 (A)(1)(a).
• The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana.
