Notice of Intent to Increase Ceiling Capacity of Existing MATOC

The US Army is providing notice of its intent to increase the maximum order ceiling capacity of an existing MATOC (Multiple Award Task Order Contract) from $150 million to $213 million. The contract was originally awarded on 7 June 2023 with a 5-year ordering period and a $150 million ceiling capacity. However, unforeseen increases in funding for Sustainment, Repair, and Modernization (SRM) projects have accelerated the depletion of the available ceiling capacity. The requested increase in ceiling capacity will maintain the status quo of MATOC contractor support while the MICC-Fort Drum conducts a follow-on MATOC competition. • The contract is for construction SRM projects, including barracks renovations and water main projects. • The ordering period is 5 years, from 7 June 2023 to 6 June 2028. • The current ceiling capacity is $150 million, and the requested increase is $63 million. • The contract has migrated from PD2 to ACWS under the following contract numbers: W911S2-25-D-A024/A025/A026/A027/A029/A030/A031.
