Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Public Safety, is seeking a vendor to provide dumpster delivery and servicing for the Waiawa Correctional Facility. The contract is for a period of one year, with an option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. The vendor will be required to deliver and service three 8-cubic-yard dumpsters, two 6-cubic-yard dumpsters, and one 4-cubic-yard dumpster twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Fridays. The vendor must also comply with all applicable state and federal statutes, including obtaining the necessary clearances and certifications. Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering and servicing the dumpsters as specified
• Complying with all applicable state and federal statutes
• Obtaining necessary clearances and certifications
• Providing proof of compliance through Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) or paper documentation
• Paying a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award, not to exceed $5,000
The State of Hawaii reserves the right to verify the validity of compliance documents and may check for compliance at any time. Non-compliance may result in a vendor not receiving an award, delay of payment, or cancellation of award.
