The opportunity is for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Vacuum Desiccator with Diaphram Vacuum Pumps and Accessories. The RFQ is issued by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC, for the operation of Brookhaven National Laboratory. The quotation should include the origin of manufacture and shipment, Unique Entity Identifier, and System for Award Management (SAM) registration. The Contractor is required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Agreement price includes all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and duties. * Ensuring all items are delivered to the destination specified in the Agreement
* Ensuring all costs, including freight, tariffs, and packing and handling fees, are included in the "All-Inclusive" price.
