The Maryland Department of Health is requesting bids for a new 12-month subscription and support for IBM Connect:Direct. This is a Small Business Reserve (SBR/CSB) Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible to submit a bid. The scope of work includes providing IBM Sterling Connect:Direct Standard Edition Simultaneous Session License + SW Subscription & Support for 12 months. The evaluation criteria include conformance to specifications and the lowest certified bidder. • The contract will be for a 12-month period. • The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP. • The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer named in Section 1. • Bids must be received by the due date and time listed in the solicitation.
