This solicitation is a direct‑award (sole source) contract for the State of West Virginia’s Health and Human Resources Management Information Service to establish and maintain a secure connectivity solution between Ensono’s managed services environment and the State’s Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure. The scope includes a one‑time implementation fee and a recurring monthly service charge for a twelve‑month period.
