The State of Nevada’s Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is seeking a contractor‑owned, fully managed public Wi‑Fi solution for its State Parks. The contractor will design, engineer, install, provide back‑haul connectivity, operate, monitor, maintain, repair, replace, and eventually remove all Wi‑Fi equipment across designated campground sites, while delivering a visitor‑facing portal and handling all associated costs. The contract is a turnkey “design‑build‑operate‑maintain” service with a three‑year base term and two optional one‑year extensions, and the State will not fund the system; the contractor may recover costs through visitor subscription fees.
