Description
The State of North Dakota IT Department is seeking qualified vendors to provide statewide wiring and fiber placement services on a rate‑based, installation‑only basis. The contract covers supply of all materials, installation, termination, testing, labeling, as‑built documentation, removal of abandoned cable, and related travel billing. No network design or engineering is required; work is assigned based on contractor proximity and availability. Vendors must submit both a technical proposal (covering compliance with ANSI/TIA/EIA standards, safety, licensing, and background) and a detailed cost proposal. The award will be made to multiple vendors based on a combined technical (55 pts) and cost (45 pts) evaluation, with a minimum technical score of 36 pts. The contract term is two years (Mar 2027 – Feb 2029) with possible renewals.
