Description
The Iowa Telecommunications and Technology Commission (operating the Iowa Communications Network) is seeking to pre‑qualify vendors capable of delivering telecommunications outside‑plant (OSP) construction, maintenance, and splicing services across five geographic zones in Iowa. Up to three vendors will be pre‑qualified per zone, and each vendor may be awarded work in no more than three zones. The solicitation is open to all qualified firms; no vendor conference is scheduled. Vendors must submit a sealed bid package (hard copies and a USB drive) by the deadline, include the required compliance, qualification, zone‑selection, and unit‑price forms, and meet strict submission formatting rules. Questions must be submitted in writing by early October, with answers issued by October 7. The contract is a one‑year baseline term beginning March 2027, with up to five optional one‑year extensions.
