Palm Beach County is seeking to pre‑qualify vendors capable of supplying, delivering, and supporting fiber‑optic cable under a term contract. The solicitation establishes a list of qualified suppliers who can be called upon for individual purchase orders as needs arise. Vendors must be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service (VSS) system, provide all required certifications, comply with safety and nondiscrimination policies, and agree to public‑records and drug‑free‑workplace requirements.
