This solicitation is a Request for Pre‑Qualification (RPQ) issued by Palm Beach County to establish a list of qualified vendors capable of supplying video broadcast equipment under a term contract. Vendors must be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service (VSS) system, provide all required certifications, licenses, business tax receipts, and comply with numerous statutory, safety, and equal‑opportunity requirements.
