Description
The State of Nevada Office of the Military is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive landscaping and grounds‑maintenance services for its National Guard facilities across Nevada. The work includes routine turf care, tree and plant maintenance, irrigation system repair and installation, debris removal, and rock/DG placement, performed on an as‑needed basis with the possibility of quarterly or annual service schedules. Vendors may elect to service any subset of the listed locations, but must meet all five core service categories and comply with strict security, background‑check, and environmental‑policy requirements.
• Services: mowing, edging, fertilizing, tree pruning, irrigation repairs, rock/DG placement, debris removal.
• Geographic scope: multiple Nevada National Guard sites (Carson City, Reno, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Fallon, Carlin/Elko, etc.).
• Contract term: 2‑year base with two optional 1‑year extensions (up to 4 years total).
• Requirements: security clearances for all personnel, Nevada vendor registration, insurance per state specifications, and adherence to NV ARNG environmental policies.
