Description
The Arizona Department of Transportation is seeking qualified contractors to demolish and clear five right‑of‑way parcels located in Phoenix, Tolleson, and Avondale. The work includes removing all structures, foundations, concrete, asphalt, fencing, vegetation, and utilities, and delivering each site as a clean, crusted‑dirt lot. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, requires a 10 % statutory bid bond, 100 % performance and payment bonds, and comprehensive insurance coverage. Work must begin within 30 days of receiving a Notice to Proceed and each parcel is expected to be completed in about one week (maximum three weeks). The contract period is three months, extendable to six months.
