Commissioning Services- Peds ED Expansion

The State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook University Hospital is seeking qualifications from qualified and approved Commissioning firms to provide Independent Third-Party Enhanced and Envelope Commissioning Services for the Pediatric Emergency Department (ED) Expansion project. The selected firm will be responsible for providing commissioning services over the anticipated three-year duration of the project's construction. The scope of work includes reviewing contractor submittals, verifying system manual requirements, and verifying operator and occupant training requirements. The firm must be authorized and experienced in performing comprehensive commissioning services for healthcare construction projects of similar scope and complexity. Key aspects of the project include: * Providing a Commissioning Plan and Proposed Schedule * Providing Cost Proposal with itemized breakdown for each commissioning service * Ensuring compliance with project specifications, NYS Energy Conservation Construction Code, and SBUH policies * Providing detailed resumes for key personnel and describing the firm's quality assurance/quality control process and methodology
