Description
The City of Columbus, Public Utilities Department is seeking a vendor to provide a SODA Ash Slurry Transfer Pump (spare) for the water plant treatment process located at the Parsons Avenue Water Plant. The pump should be a Centrifugal Pump, 'Wilfley', Model K Slurry Pump, with specific configurations and materials. The successful bidder will be responsible for all delivery costs associated with delivering the unit to the specified address. Payment will only be processed upon delivery of all items.
• The pump should be manufactured by Wilfley, with Part No.: Model K 1K 2” x 1”- 9.
• The pump should have a specific configuration, including a white iron material of construction, standard wet end gasket type, and mild steel for major fasteners.
• The pump should have a specific design conditions for construction, including a design flow of 25 GPM, design TH of 55 Feet, and shut-off head of 54 Feet.
• The driver should be a Catalog Motor, WEG, NEMA, 5HP / 1750 RPM / 184T, Severe Duty, Premium Efficiency, TEFC Enclosure, 3 Phase, 60 Hertz, 208-230/460 Voltage.
