SOLICITATION _ DIESEL TEST STAND CALIBRATION - INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to perform annual calibration service and preventive maintenance for a diesel test stand at the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center in San Diego, CA. The contract includes a base year and a 4-year option. The selected contractor will be required to evaluate, verify, and calibrate pressure transducers, thermocouples, RPM, and measuring tubes, as well as perform preventive maintenance, including inspection and replacement of hydraulic filters. The contractor will also be required to provide service payment requests through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
