Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division is seeking information from interested parties for the provision of a 1 Gbps symmetrical commercial internet circuit. The circuit will be used to support mission-critical operations at a contractor-operated facility located in Oxnard, California. The contractor will be responsible for delivering a fully operational, reliable, and continuously available internet service. The scope of work includes circuit provisioning, physical installation and handoff, activation and testing, and continuous service delivery and maintenance. The contractor must also provide a documented Service Level Agreement (SLA) that includes metrics for uptime, outage response time, and mean time to repair.
• The contractor must provide a 1 Gbps symmetrical internet service with a minimum of 99.9% uptime per month.
• The contractor must provide a single-mode fiber optic handoff.
• The contractor must complete installation and activation within 5 calendar days after award.
• The contractor must provide ongoing deliverables, including service availability reports, incident/outage reports, and SLA compliance reports.
