Description
The Mason Consolidated Schools district is seeking qualified contractors to replace the roofing systems across multiple buildings at Mason High School. The scope includes retaining an existing antenna on roof 11, preserving skylights on roof 8, removing and infilling skylights above the wrestling room on roof 10, providing a color‑matched fascia replacement on roof 14, infilling roof 13 openings with metal decking and matching roofing, and installing tapered insulation on roof 2 at Mason Middle School. All work must comply with district specifications and be completed in the summer of 2027.
• Retain antenna on roof 11
• Preserve skylights on roof 8
• Remove and infill skylights above wrestling room (roof 10)
• Replace missing fascia on roof 14 with closest color match
• Infill roof 13 openings with metal decking & matching roof system
• Install tapered insulation on roof 2 (Mason MS)
• Project to be performed during summer 2027 window
• Must meet district and state building codes
