The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for a rapid response mechanism to support Track 2.0 style peacebuilding convenings in conflict-affected regions of strategic importance to the United States. The program will provide flexible, timely support for convening civil society actors, activists, journalists, and other key stakeholders who are essential to advancing and sustaining peace processes in priority regions.
