Description
The South Bay Union School District is seeking a qualified contractor to remove existing window blinds and install new roller shades (SolEffect Shades, Soloscreen fabric) throughout Mendoza Elementary School. The work includes measuring each window on‑site, disposing of old hardware, protecting surrounding surfaces, and providing a one‑year workmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s material warranty. The contract period runs from late July 2026 through the end of June 2027, with work permitted only during afternoon/evening hours to minimize disruption to school activities.
