Description
The Ann Arbor Public Schools is seeking bids for the exterior wall and soffit restoration at Forsythe Middle School. The project includes separate sealed bids for the exterior wall and soffit restoration. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through Building Connected. A pre-bid meeting will be held on May 20, 2026, and on-site walk-throughs will be conducted on the same day. Bids must include a bid security of 5%, bid pricing form, notarized familial disclosure statement, contractor information form, Iran Economic Sanctions Act form, certification form, and I-CHAT form.
