Description
The Butts County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the 2026 LRA Street Improvements project. The work under this contract will consist of the construction of a mixture of approximately 2.14 miles of Full Depth Reclamation, leveling, resurfacing, widening, and patching along with all appurtenances necessary for a complete job. All work on the project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of the date of notice to proceed.

• Bid forms, plans, specifications, and contract documents are available upon deposit of $150.00 per set.
• A Bidder's Bond, payable to the Butts County for 10 percent of the amount of the bid, is required.
• The Butts County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to overlook and/or disregard informalities or irregularities in the proposals.
