Medgar Evers College – Bedford Building Flood Mitigation

The City University of New York is seeking qualified firms to design and construct flood‑mitigation improvements for the Bedford Building at Medgar Evers College. The scope includes site assessments, engineering design, permitting, and construction of flood control measures to protect the facility from future water damage. This solicitation is posted as a formal Request for Proposals and will be evaluated based on technical merit, experience, and cost. • Perform hydrologic/ hydraulic analysis and develop mitigation design concepts. • Prepare construction documents, obtain necessary city/state permits, and manage construction activities. • Provide post‑construction inspection and warranty services. • Must comply with New York State Finance Law §§ 139‑j/k and CUNY procurement policies.
