Description
The Columbia County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the renovation of the first floor of Building G1 for the Department of Revenue. The work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor for the renovation. A mandatory prebid meeting will be held on July 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. Bidders must have a State of Georgia General Contractor’s License and a Columbia County business license.
• The bid bond should be at least 5% of the lump sum bid for the complete work.
