Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, is seeking bids for the delivery, paver-placement, and compaction of approximately 3,000 tons of limestone Driving Surface Aggregate (DSA) to Strawband Beaver Road, Centre County. The contract will commence upon receipt of Purchase Order and terminate June 30, 2026.
• The contractor must provide the awarded item(s) at the price(s) set forth in the bid.
• The contractor must have the necessary insurance, including worker's compensation, public liability, and property damage insurance.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Pennsylvania state labor laws and worker safety laws.
• The contractor must provide performance security in the amount of 10% of the total price of the contract.
• The contractor must pay its employees at least $15.00 per hour for all hours worked directly performing the services called for in the contract.
