The State of South Carolina, Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism is seeking a qualified provider to furnish and install decorative window treatments across designated rooms at the Lace House. The project aims to enhance aesthetics, guest experience, and light control for events while maintaining a historically appropriate look-and-feel. The scope of work includes replacing or adding decorative drapery across designated rooms and suites. The contract period is estimated to be from January 5, 2026, to December 4, 2026.
