Description
The New Haven Community Schools is seeking bids for the NH Elementary Basketball Asphalt Project. The project involves labor, materials, equipment, and services to complete the asphalt work. Bidding documents will be available for download from PreCon Suite (Pipeline) on or after March 13, 2026. Bids must be submitted via PreconSuite (electronic bid submission) by 1:00 pm on Thursday, March 26th, 2026.
• The project requires a bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury Listed Surety Company or a cashier’s check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal.
• Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid.
• The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities therein.
