The University of Louisville is seeking a qualified general contractor to renovate approximately 4,500 sf of the first‑floor of the School of Nursing. The work includes selective demolition, new construction of partitions, doors, casework, ceilings, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire‑alarm integration, and interior finishes, with a required schedule that starts in July 2026 and reaches final completion by December 2026. The project must adhere to university safety, environmental, and accessibility standards, and the contractor must provide bonding, insurance, and a one‑year warranty.
• Scope: demolition, interior fit‑out, MEP upgrades, fire‑alarm system, ADA‑compliant finishes.
