Rifle Optics - DPS

The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is soliciting bids for the provision of rifle optics. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The solicitation includes specifications for the Aimpoint Duty RDS brand and model. Bidders must submit their bids online via the LaGov supplier portal or by mail to the Office of State Procurement. The bid opening date is June 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT. • The contract is for the purchase of rifle optics for the DPS State Police. • The bidder must specify the brand and model number of the product offered in their bid. • The bid price must include delivery of all items F.O.B. destination. • The contract may be extended for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions. • The State of Louisiana reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
