Description
The Bibb County Board of Education is seeking a Construction Management firm to provide services for the remodeling of the Hartley Elementary School Kitchen. The project includes demolition, upgrades to flooring and finishes, hardware, security, electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and partial HVAC replacement. The selected firm will provide pre-construction design phase services, bidding and award phase services, construction phase services, and warranty phase services. The project is expected to be completed by July 22, 2026.
• The project has a preliminary remodeling budget of $3,000,000.00.
• The Construction Manager will be responsible for reviewing and incorporating milestones into the Total Project Schedule.
• The project will be designed and constructed to a level of quality and timeliness that reflects the long-term use of a school district owned facility.
• The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals received.
• The selected Construction Management firm will be required to provide a 100% performance and payment bond for the entire amount of the cost of construction.
