Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division is seeking proposals for a multiple award, firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract to provide manufacturing support for various military projects. The contract will have a five-year ordering period and will be competed within five task areas: Production Hardware, Research and Development Hardware, Plating, Electronics Assembly, and Advanced Machining. The contractor will be required to provide manufacturing, assembly, testing, and inspection of various components, as well as packaging and shipping. The Government reserves the right to award multiple contracts and to compete individual delivery/task orders within each task area.
• The contract will have a minimum guarantee of $500.
• The maximum order limit is $15M for Task 1, $10M for Task 2, $1M for Task 3, $9.5M for Task 4, and $4.5M for Task 5.
• The contractor must maintain a quality system that meets the requirements of ANSI/ASQC Q9000 through Q9004 industry standards.
• The contractor must also comply with various security regulations, including the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2.
