MDA Advisory & Professional Support Services (MAPSS)

The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is seeking to acquire agile professional services to support its mission. The MDA Agile Professional Services Solution (MAPSS) is a follow-on to the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) Next program. The MAPSS program will provide advisory and assistance services to support the MDA's missile defense system. The program will be structured into tranches, with each tranche having its own set of requirements and objectives. The MDA anticipates awarding the majority of individual MAPSS contracts on Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) and Multi-Agency Contracts (MACs). • Key services to be provided under MAPSS include: engineering support, financial and financial systems support, administrative and executive support, and other advisory and assistance services. • The MDA is considering de-consolidating some of the requirements currently under TEAMS Next. • The program will have a period of performance of 5 years, with a 3-year base and 2 one-year options, and a 6-month option to extend. • The MDA anticipates releasing a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) and/or RFPs for each tranche, with notifications to be posted on SAM.gov. • Small businesses, including SDVOSB, VOSB, and WOSB, will have opportunities for set-asides under MAPSS.
