2026 Annual Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk Maintenance

The Town of Los Gatos is seeking bids for its 2026 Annual Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk Maintenance Project. The project involves the repair or replacement of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, and driveway approaches, installation of new curb ramps, sign posts, root pruning, and associated work within the Town. The estimated construction cost is $820,000. The project must be fully completed within 56 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. • The project requires a valid California contractor’s license for the following classification(s): A or C-8. • The successful bidder must also obtain a Town business license within ten (10) days following Town’s issuance of the Notice of Potential Award. • The project includes construction of a pipeline, sewer, sewage disposal system, boring and jacking pits, or similar trenches or open excavations, which are five feet or deeper. • The bidder may request access to underlying or background information on the Project site in Town’s possession that is necessary for the bidder to form its own conclusions. • The Contract will be awarded, if at all, within 60 days after opening of bids or as otherwise specified in the Special Conditions, to the responsible bidder that submitted the lowest responsive bid.
