Description
The Livonia Public Schools Board of Education is seeking bids for pavement improvements at the Central Office. The project includes the repair and replacement of pavement at the Central Office location. Bidders must meet or exceed all specifications, and the bid must include all delivery charges. The bid must be submitted on the attached forms, and the bidder must be a firm established for at least three years in the field. The bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized familial disclosure statement, an affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, and an equal opportunity statement.
• The bid must include a bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury listed surety company or a cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the sum of the proposal.
• The bidder must provide references, including a list of five or more references of school districts and/or companies using the products or services recommended in the bid proposal.
• The bid prices must remain firm for 90 days after the bid opening.
• The bidder must be a firm established for at least three years in the field.
• The bid must be submitted on the attached forms, and the bidder must sign the bid as an authorized company agent.
