Description
The U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is seeking quotations for the supply of ballistic vests and other tactical gear for the DEA's Special Investigations Unit. The required items include Point Blank International w/ WARSOC H3 Quick Release Carriers, Point Blank Hi-Lite Soft Armor Systems, Omega Hard Armor Plate Systems, Double Pistol Magazine Pouches, and Double/Stacked Handcuff Pouches. The contractor must provide new items, not used or refurbished, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The quotation must include pricing, product literature, and evidence of authorization to supply and export the required items. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the required items.
• The contractor must deliver the items within 30 days after the award.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to export controls and labor standards.
• The contractor must provide warranty information and delivery time stated in number of calendar days.
• The contractor must identify any open market items and comply with FAR 8.402(f).
