Description
The US Air Force is seeking information from interested parties regarding a Mobile Air Resupply Trailer for the JBLE Langley Fire Department. The trailer should be a fully electric mobile unit designed to provide a large, rapidly deployable reserve of air to an emergency scene. The primary objective is to get a large quantity of breathable air to the emergency scene to resupply Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA).
Some key features and requirements of the trailer include:
• A large-capacity air reserve tank
• A dedicated compressor and engine
• The necessary hoses and fittings to quickly refill the air cylinders of front-line firefighters
• Integrated, high-visibility scene lighting
• A digital control panel/monitor displaying real-time system metrics
• A dual containment fill station capable of servicing two SCBA/SCUBA cylinders simultaneously
• A comprehensive, two-day hands-on Operations and Maintenance training course
The contractor shall supply a fully electric mobile air resupply trailer that meets the minimum criteria specified in the Statement of Requirement (SOR). The contractor shall also provide training and support as required.
