The town reserves the right to negotiate with the selected vendor and to reject any proposal. • The property is a 0.18 acre parcel located in the North End of Manchester, previously serving as a fire station for the 8th Utilities District. • The site is zoned Industrial (IND), allowing for a wide range of industrial and commercial uses. • The town is seeking a proposal that maintains the historic character of the building and enhances the neighborhood character. • The selected vendor will be required to enter into a purchase and sale agreement with the town, which may include provisions regarding building design standards, investment commitments, and implementation schedules.
