Resurfacing of Two (2) Basketball Courts at Kalama Park

The County of Maui’s Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a qualified contractor to fully resurface two outdoor basketball courts at Kalama Park in Kihei. The work includes removal of existing modular plastic tiles, concrete substrate preparation, crack and drainage repairs, application of a multi‑coat acrylic surfacing system (Laykold Advantage or approved equal), restriping to NCAA standards, and final cleanup and inspection. Bidders must submit a sealed electronic bid, a bid bond (minimum 5 % of bid), and provide a one‑year workmanship warranty.
