Description
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a quotation for the procurement of a Forward Door Window for use on the MH-65 aircraft. The solicitation is restricted, and all responsible sources may submit a quotation. The USCG anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Tech Tool Plastics Inc. The contract will include an option for increased quantity, and the contractor must provide parts with clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
• The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance for newly manufactured commercial items.
• The parts must be approved in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines.
• The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation, including provisions related to quality assurance, packaging, and marking instructions.
• The USCG reserves the right to inspect any non-conforming product or component.
• The contractor must notify the USCG of any changes that may impact the product or service.
