Sutton Lake Sewer/Sludge disposal

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide sewer and sludge removal services from project holding, recirculating tanks, and lift stations. The contractor will be required to furnish labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform the services. The contractor will also be required to provide emergency pumping services outside of normal hours of operation, peak seasons, and holiday weekends with reasonable notice. The contractor will need to manually move the intake throughout the bottom of the tank being pumped to remove solids instead of just liquid. Additionally, the contractor will be required to provide one Porta-Jon at the North Abutment lot and clean it weekly. • The contractor will be responsible for pumping up to 16,000 gallons of sewage. • The contractor will need to stop pumping once 16,000 gallons has been reached. • The contractor will be required to provide emergency pumping services outside of normal hours of operation. • The contractor will need to manually move the intake throughout the bottom of the tank being pumped to remove solids. • The contractor will be required to provide one Porta-Jon at the North Abutment lot and clean it weekly.
