Sole Source Purchase for Professional Learning Services to Support High-Quality Instructional Materials Implementation

The High Plains Regional Education Cooperative #3 is seeking a sole source purchase for professional learning services to support the implementation of high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) in New Mexico. The selected contractor will design and facilitate professional learning to strengthen cohesive system-wide processes to implement HQIM for mathematics and science. The contractor will also provide support to districts to refine their implementation tools/plans and will conduct an independent review of the project. The contract term is 4 months, and the estimated amount of the contract is $110,600.00. • The contractor will co-plan with the PED Instructional Materials Bureau to develop and implement a high-quality instructional materials site visit and monitoring protocol. • The contractor will deliver a series of eight professional learning sessions aligned to New Mexico's Instructional Materials Implementation Tool. • The contractor will provide qualified facilitators to implement the scope of work and a capable project team to coordinate and organize the work with PED and other vendors.
