50 Nye Road Parking Lot Improvements- Concrete, Granite Stone Curbing, Embankme

The Town of Glastonbury is seeking bids for the reconstruction of a new parking lot at 50 Nye Road. The project includes furnishing and installing concrete sidewalks, walkways, reinforced concrete dumpster pad and enclosure, reinforced concrete generator pad and foundation, generator enclosure, EV charging station concrete base, modification to existing concrete stairs and railings, curved and straight sloped granite stone curbing, embankment wall(s), and bollards. The contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including set-aside (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO. • The project requires the installation of concrete and granite stone curbing, as well as the construction of embankment walls and bollards. • The contract is open to all vendors, and bidders must submit their proposals online through the e-Procurement portal. • The project is expected to be completed by Town personnel, and the contract includes provisions for bid security and payment terms. • The Town of Glastonbury reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
