Description
The Tate County School District is seeking bids for the lease of approximately 30 acres of land in Coldwater, Mississippi, for agricultural purposes. The lease will be for a term of three years, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028. The lessee will have the exclusive right to farm the leased property and to take and carry away any agricultural products grown thereon. The lessee will be required to pay an annual rental fee, which will be determined by the bid process. The Tate County School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
