Wrens Well #107

The City of Wrens, Georgia is seeking bids for the construction of Well #107. The project includes the installation of a 12-inch, gravel pack well, pump, generator, electrical, and chemical building, as well as 634 linear feet of 12-inch water line and all appurtenances. The project is proposed to be funded with a State Revolving Fund loan and is subject to American Iron and Steel Special Conditions and Build America, Buy America requirements. • The project requires a State of Georgia Utility Contractor License and a state "Utility Manager" certificate holder to oversee the work. • The project requires a State of Georgia Well Drillers License and membership in the Georgia Well Drillers Association. • The project has a time allotment of 270 consecutive calendar days for final completion. • Bidders must provide a Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Payment Bond as provided by law and approved by the Attorney for the City of Wrens, Georgia.
