HPCMP Innovative Technology Insertion of Advanced HPC Systems Commercial Solutions Openings (CSO)

The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) is issuing a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) to acquire innovative commercial high‑performance computing (HPC) systems and related services for the Department of Defense High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP). The solicitation seeks proposals for the design, manufacture, delivery, installation, operation, and maintenance of next‑generation compute‑intensive and AI/ML HPC architectures that may reside in classified or unclassified environments across up to three of the five DoW Supercomputing Resource Centers. All proposals are treated as commercial items and may be awarded under FAR‑based contracts or Other Transactions. • Targeted solutions include new CPU‑based compute platforms and GPU‑based AI/ML platforms for both unclassified and secret‑plus environments. • Systems will be geographically distributed at up to three DSRC sites; the services model must comply with DoW and local security (physical, personnel, cyber) policies. • Proposals must be submitted via the ERDCWERX platform; award will be firm‑fixed‑price and subject to commercial clauses.
