Description
The State of Colorado is providing notice of a final settlement with Square Root, LLC d/b/a Formula Roofing Commercial Division for the construction of a project at the Wray Fish Hatchery. The project involved repairs to damage caused by a hail storm in May 2024. Any person or entity with an unpaid claim against the project must file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim by June 1, 2026.
